1. The service

Monthly Docs Radar is a recurring software-as-a-service product for tracking monthly document-readiness workflow. The Founding Plan costs $9 per month and supports up to 30 active clients per firm.

The service stores account and workflow metadata needed to operate the product, including firm and client details, recurring checklist labels, monthly statuses, secure-link tokens, and related timestamps. It does not store financial documents. Firms may add links to third-party secure upload destinations; those destinations are separate services with their own terms.

2. Accounts and permitted use

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login and client magic links secure, and using the service lawfully. Do not enter financial documents, bank account numbers, tax identifiers, card data, passwords, or other document contents into checklist labels or other metadata fields.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

The Founding Plan renews monthly until cancelled. The price and billing interval shown at checkout apply to the purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all order-related customer service inquiries and returns.

Paid checkout is currently inactive.

Your purchase, renewal, cancellation, and any refund request are also governed by Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle’s buyer tools or the link in its transaction email may be used to manage or cancel the subscription.

Cancellation and refund handling will not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. See the Refund Policy for the current process.

4. Product boundary

Monthly Docs Radar is a workflow aid. It is not accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice, and it does not replace professional judgment, accounting records, practice-management software, or a secure document repository.

5. Availability and mandatory rights

We work to keep the service available and secure, but no uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
